Timpani Orders: 50% non-refundable deposit is required with all timpani orders.  All payments should be made via bank certified check or money order made out to "Precision Classic Timpani".  The customer is responsible for Freight and Handling charges.

 

Mallet and All Accessory Orders: Orders taken via web order form, phone, fax or e-mail.  Orders shipped upon receipt of check or money order.

 

Refurbishing and Repair Services: 50% non-refundable deposit is required with all services orders.  All payments should be made via bank certified check or money order made out to "Precision Classic Timpani".  The customer is responsible for Freight and Handling charges.
